Privacy
Last updated August 9, 2026.
This policy explains what Creative Factory collects when you visit creativefactory.agency, why, and how to opt out. We keep this deliberately short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Analytics, on our own server. When you visit, we record the pages you view, how long you stay, how far you scroll, the site or search that sent you, and your browser, operating system, device type and timezone. We store a random ID in a first-party cookie so return visits are recognized, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address. We never store the IP address itself.
If you fill in a form, we also receive the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone and message, so we can reply. Submitting a form links your earlier visits to your name so we understand your enquiry in context.
What we do not do
Nothing leaves our server. There are no advertising networks, no third-party trackers, no data brokers, and no fingerprinting. We do not sell or share your information, and no other website can read our cookie.
Cookies
cf_vid | Recognizes return visits for analytics. First-party. Expires after one year. |
cf_consent | Remembers your choice about analytics so we do not ask again. Expires after six months. |
Your choices
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics do not run for you and we do not ask. Where a consent banner is shown, declining keeps analytics off. You can also clear cookies for this site at any time. To ask what we hold about you or to have it removed, email us at the address below.
How long we keep it
Analytics records are removed automatically after roughly thirteen months. Form submissions are kept until they are no longer needed to serve you.
